“Damn the exam !” is this what comes to your mind?
It is normal to feel stressed and anxious about exams. There are a number of things you can do to prepare well and to manage exam stress but peculiarly you need to be confident that you can do it with your willpower and the knowledge of yourself. Let’s skip the points you should work on and focus on the vision you made initially when you build up a dream to become an IITian. See what you think is that you cannot make it or there is some pressure on you. Stress fries your nervous system and distracts you from your aim. But let me tell you it’s just your mindset which is reacting to such issues. There is nothing unattainable to the courageous or the person who works hard. Instead of thinking that you can’t do it, think exceptionally that you are the only one who can do it. On that particular moment you can’t change the syllabus or subject for which you are stressed on but what you can do is to change your mindset for such subject.
It’s just a phobia which is another name of mindset which comes at the time of exams. For example whenever you go through such thoughts, take a deep breath and say your inner mind to think something else and discuss another topic within your mind even if it is out of the league but after the shot in the dark there will be a bright success on your mindset after few minutes and whatever the mind will conceive and believe, it will achieve.
